NOEL WILLIAMS
Winners:
25th February: Mighty Moth @ Hereford
Placed Runners:
24th February: Maximum Effort (FOR CROWD RACING) 3rd @ Chepstow
Noel has his team have had a great week out on the track with 2 runners in total finishing 3rd and 1st respectively. The first of which was of course Crowd Racing’s Maximum Effort who finished a nice 3rd at Chepstow on Saturday - a really pleasing performance from this fairly new addition to The Gold & Green Crowd. As discussed his last fence error may have cost him 2ndbut that was also mainly down to the other horse drifting across him. He looks likely to improve further with experience and a step up in trip so plenty to look forward to with him. Noel’s other runner this week – Mighty Moth was a fairly impressive 7 ½ length winner of her mares’ maiden Hurdle at Hereford on Sunday. Reporting on his social media after his delighted at her stylish victory he is next likely to send her up to Kelso for the Herring Queen Final.

DAN & CLAIRE KUBLER
Winners:
24th February – Andaleep @ Southwell
The Kublers have had a fairly busy week with plenty of runners both here in the UK but also their Stable Star Astro King has been representing them on the global stage out in Saudi where he lined up in the Howden Neom Turf Cup worth $2,000,000. A fantastic opportunity for Dan & Claire’s team with this really exciting horse – he put in another strong performance to finish 8th, beaten just over 4 lengths in total. Proving once again that he’s capable of competing at this level as he also did in Bahrain, he clearly enjoys travelling so hopefully his time will come to pick up a big pot before long. Meanwhile back on these shores the ever consistent Andaleep notched up another victory at Southwell on Saturday afternoon, making it 8 wins from 25 starts since joining the yard and winning over £100k in prize money. Brilliant training performance from the whole team and clearly a really smashing horse to have in their yard.

CAMILLA POULTON
Camilla has had a quiet week so far with no runners. She seems to have had unfortunate luck with 2 horses both with abscesses – D’ambonnay & Crowd Racing’s Touch of Thunder, who seem to have now got over them and she posted a lovely video on her socials yesterday of the pair having a leg stretch and enjoying frolicking around in the Spring sunshine.
